Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2008, inter alia, has taken the following decisions: 1. The board has approved the further raising of funds to the tune of INR 130 Crores by way of GDR issue. 2. The Board has approved the Investment to be made in the subsidiary Companies to the Extent of INR 50 Crores. 3. The Board has decided to Increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from INR 116 Crores to INR 220 Crores. 4. The board has decided to convene the EGM on March 04, 2008 to seek the consent of Shareholders in respect of the above matters and the other consequential issues. The Board has also approved the draft notice of EGM.
