Buy Maruti Suzuki, Hero Honda: Gujral

Technical Analyst, Ashwani Gujral is of the view that one can buy Maruti Suzuki, Hero Honda, Mahindra and Mahindra at current level.

Gujral told CNBC-TV18, "I would like to get into spaces which have been beaten up, stock prices in news; so the monsoon news has been priced into a large extent, so Maruti around Rs 1,230 to about Rs 1,250, Mahindra & Mahindra back to about Rs 760, Hero Honda between Rs 1,350-1,400 – they are becoming decent buys at current levels. Also rural sector plays – things like fertilisers which have been beaten down to key support levels – there people should consider buying. The idea is that stocks move in cycles; once you had a deep, sharp down cycle chances are these stocks will probably emerge first whenever the uptrend restarts again.”
